The Marienburg Business and Conference Centre provides a unique location and intimate atmosphere for conferences, seminars, workshops, exclusive events and receptions - all contained within the historic Marienburg Manor House precinct. No expense has been spared to provide state-of-the-art facilities in our wide range of newly developed rooms and meeting areas. Additonnally you can enjoy exclusive culinary events in our Coach-House, our Whisky&Wine Lounge, our Tapas-Bar or our OFYR-Tent. And overnight you can find well deserved sleep in our dream-come-true guesthouse.

Conference flat rate incl. catering

Full-day/ 10 hours per person:
74,00 Euro incl. VAT

Half-day / 5 hours per person:
65,00 Euro incl. VAT

Extra charge for small groups (< 5 participants):
59,50- Euro incl. VAT per booking

If your meeting/conference requires absolute discretion/confidentiality it is possible to reserve a complete floor or indeed the entire facility. Our unique location ensures total privacy. Contact us for details. Please understand that - given our reservation schedule - such arrangements require an extended period of notice.

Catering options

We offer -included in the conference flat rate - unlimited, all-day access to speciality tea and coffee and non-alcoholic drinks. There is a 3 course buffet at midday (12:00 noon until 2:00 PM) - including a vegetarian option. We also supply a fresh fruit platter for mid-morning break and in the afternoon Marita’s home-made cookies! However if you still have any special catering requests we will be happy to provide them.

Evening events in the Marienburg

Distinctive evening events can be organised so that your delegates enjoy the special charms of this idyllic setting at the end of their busy working day. Whether it’s a cosy bar-b-que evening, a special bar-b-que “seminar” (a popular choice - with expert tutors), sporting activities, a cocktail evening or a wine tasting, everything is possible at Marienburg Manor. Please speak with us beforehand and we’ll develop a programme to fulfil your every wish. Evenings at Marienburg are our speciality and have become our unique ‘signature’ to complete a really memorable conference.

Marienburg Guesthouse

Our newly completed guest house situated within the grounds of Marienburg Manor comprises 20 beautifully appointed double guest rooms.
